80mm long 1.6µ 100Å PepMax C18P HT columns are ideally suited for high throughput proteomics applications with gradient times from 5-25 minutes (144-48 SPD). The 75µ PepMax HT column offers good sensitivity and resolution at flows from 300-600 nl/min when used on very low volume nanoLC systems. The 150µ PepMax HT column run at flows from 1200-2000 nl/min provides robust, high resolution and high throughput analyses on most nanoLC systems.

Reproducibility and Robustness of PepMax Nano Capillary Columns
The traces above show 8 traces (#200 - #900) from the LCMS analysis of 1000+ samples of an E. Coli digest run on a 150µ ID x 80mm 1.6µ 100Å PepMax C18P HT column at 1200nl/min from 5-35% ACN/0,1%FA in a 5 min gradient (192 SPD), which shows the excellent reproducibility of the PepMax HT column.
The traces above show run #2 and run #1002 from the LCMS analysis of 1000+ samples of an E. Coli digest, which shows the excellent robustness of the 150µ PepMax HT column.
