High Resolution Small Molecule Columns

We recommend a 100u ID x 250 mm long column packed with 1.9u 100A Magic2 C18AQ core shell particles for optimum resolution of complex metabolomic samples.  The MRM LCMS traces above shows the separation of metabolites in human urine at a flow of 800 nl/min with a 120 minute gradient from 5-95% ACN in 0.1% formic acid. High Sensitivity Small Molecule Columns

We recommend a 75u ID x 150 mm long column packed with 1.8u 100A Magic3 C18 particles for optimum sensitivity of pharmaceutical samples.  The MRM LCMS traces above shows the separation of potential biomarkers in human serum at a flow of 300 nl/min with a 20 minute gradient from 5-95% ACN in 0.1% formic acid. This column is well suited for trace analysis of biomarkers and impurities in pharmaceutical formulations. Ultra High Throughput Small Molecule Columns
