High Resolution Protein Columns

We recommend a 100u ID x 250 mm long column packed with 2.6u 800A Magic2 Biphenyl core shell particles for optimum resolution of complex protein samples.  The LCMS base peak trace above shows the separation of an E. coli whole cell lysate at a flow of 800 nl/min with a 60 minute gradient from 5-65% ACN in 0.1% formic acid. High Sensitivity Protein Columns

We recommend a 75u ID x 150 mm long column packed with 2.6u 800A Magic2 C4 core shell particles for optimum sensitivity of less complex protein samples.  The LCMS base peak trace above shows the separation of proteins from an immunoprecipitation of a bacterial sample at a flow of 300 nl/min with a 20 minute gradient from 5-65% ACN in 0.1% formic acid.  This column is well suited for targeted top down proteomics applications. PremierLCMS also offers a wide range of high sensitivity protein columns through our custom column packing services.

  

Ultra High Throughput Protein Columns

 We recommend a 2000-500u ID x 25 mm long Warp column packed with 2.6u 800A Magic2 C4 core shell particles for optimum throughput of simple protein samples.  The LCMS trace above shows the separation of monoclonal antibody protein subunits at a flow of 200ul/min with a 2 minute gradient from 20-40% ACN in 0.1% formic acid at 80C.  This column is well suited for biopharma quality control, quantitative and clinical protein applications.  PremierLCMS also offers a wide range of high throughput protein columns through our custom column packing services.
