150nl Universal Peptide Vented Column Trap - 100u ID x 25mm Length - P/N UPV-10025

A 150nl polymeric monolith vented column trap with a 1/16" nano union inlet and a 1/16" nano tee outlet. This vented column trap is used to concentration and desalting up to 500 ng of total peptide load in large sample volumes (2-20 microliters) at high flow rates (1 - 10 microlites per minute) with low back pressures.  This vented column trap works well with most C8 and C18 columns with an internal diameter of 75-100 micron, as peptides elute from the polymeric trap at a lower organic concentration and then restack on the head of the column.  This extremely robust vented column trap can be used in both forward flush and back flush mode and washed as required at any pH (2-12) or temperature.
