300nl PSDVB Peptide Nano-Capillary Trap Cartridge - P/N TC1-61151

This 300nl trap cartridge is packed with 5u 100A PSDVB media for used in bottom up proteomics applications with samples high in chaotropes and/or in high pH solutions.  This trap is a replacement for our discontinued universal peptide traps and work best when samples contain at least 2% acetonitrile to wet the polymeric surface.  The format of this cartridge (250u ID x 6mm) allows loading of up to 1.0ug of total peptides in volumes from 1-100ul at flows from 5-50 ul/min.
