300nl C18 Peptide Nano-Capillary Trap Cartridge - P/N TC1-25151

This 300nl trap cartridge is packed with 5u 200A Magic C18AQ media for used in most bottom up proteomics applications.  This trap can be used with most nano-capillary peptide columns as this media is slightly less retentive than most commercial C18 materials.  The format of this cartridge (250u ID x 6mm) allows loading of up to 1.0ug of total peptides in volumes from 1-100ul at flows from 5-50 ul/min.
