The 150u ID x 250mm 1.6u 100A PepMax C18P column is designed for extremely high performance  peptide separations like those for very complex proteomics applications.  It is designed to operate at flows from 800-2000 nl/min at pressures from 5-15K PSI with gradients of 25-100+ minutes  This configuration is a Peek sheathed fused silica column with a 1/16" nano union inlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper fitting (or equivalent) and a 1/16" Peek male outlet for direct coupling with a CaptiveSpray source.
