The 150u ID x 80mm 1.6u 100A PepMax C18P column is designed for extreme high throughput peptide separations like those for clinical proteomics applications.  It is designed to operate at flows from 1200-4000 nl/min at pressures from 3-8K PSI with gradients of 5-20+ minutes  This configuration is a Peek sheathed fused silica column with a 1/16" nano union inlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting and a 1/16" Peek male outlet for direct coupling with a CaptiveSpray source.
