The Stellar XLHT2 column is designed for extreme high throughput peptide separations at higher flow rates like those for clinical proteomics applications.  It is designed to operate at flows from 1200-4000 nl/min at pressures from 3-8K PSI with gradients of 5-20+ minutes  This configuration is a Peek sheathed fused silica column with a 1/16" nano union inlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting and a 1/16" Peek male outlet for direct coupling with a CaptiveSpray source.
