The 75u ID x 150mm 1.6u 100A PepMax C18P column is designed for ultra high sensitivity peptide separations like those for single cell proteomics applications.  It is designed to operate at flows from 200-500 nl/min at pressures from 3-8K PSI with gradients of 15-60+ minutes  This configuration is a Peek sheathed fused silica column with a 1/16" nano union inlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting and a 1/16" nano union outlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting.
