This capillary column is designed for complex peptide separations   It is designed to operate at flows from4-10 ull/min at pressures from 3-8K PSI with gradients of 5-20+ minutes  This configuration is a 1/16" Peeksil column with a 1/16" nano union inlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting and a 1/16" nano union outlet for direct coupling with a  NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting.
