This column is designed for intact protein separations like those for top down proteomics applications.  It is designed to operate at flows from 200-500 nl/min at pressures from 2-5K PSI with gradients of 5-20+ minutes  This configuration is a Peek sheathed fused silica column with a 1/16" nano union inlet for direct coupling with a NanoViper (or equivalent) fitting and a 1/16" Peek male outlet for direct coupling with a CaptiveSpray source.
